Karen Richardson qualified with a BA (Hons.) in Person-centered Counselling and is accredited by the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. She has 13 years experience in private practice with both adults and adolescents and is the author of RCA’s student and parent seminars which are presented by herself and her daughter Georgie.
Karen has been the resident school Counsellor at Putney High School for Girls (GDST) – a leading London independent school for some five years and her contact with adolescent students has enabled her to have special insight into successful techniques to promote self-esteem and a positive outlook. Georgie Calder
Georgie, aged 29, has been presenting some of Karen's presentations for the past four years to school students in year groups 8 to 13. Her popularity and success are due to her ability to relate to students by building rapport and engaging them in her thought provoking interactive presentations. Read more
